About Southeastern Vinyl Manfacturer

Southeastern Vinyl Manufacturer is a division of Overman Enterprise, Inc.

For more than 30 years Emerson and Kana Overman have been manufacturing and installing all types of fence in the Northeast area of North Carolina and Virginia. Family owned and operated, Albemarle Fence Company is well known for its experience in retrofit work as well as new construction. Many of the major contractors in the area recognize them for their specialized skills developed in high-wind areas such as the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Now they have expanded: opening a state-of-the-art Vinyl Manufacturing Facility in Kana’s hometown of Andalusia, Alabama.

With knowledge and expertise, the Overmans have put another team of family members in their new location, ready to partner with contractors and installers throughout South Alabama, Southeast Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle by supplying them with vinyl fence, stair and porch rail, pergola kits and other vinyl materials. All products are custom manufactured to specification at no extra cost and are ready to install.
